SHIPPING POLICY

How long does it take to receive my order?

 

Generally from the time your order is placed it will take 1-3 business days to ship the product via standard shipping.

 

All our handcrafted jewelry is made to order and carefully packaged securely during transit. 

Orders will ship out within 1-3 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative shipping method. 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Loops & Stones cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

​Our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.  We offer full refunds within the refund timeframe and we strongly recommend checking product packaging, details and reviews and also sizing for accurate fit of an item before purchase.

  • All custom made orders are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • In order to be able to provide all of the custom-made options and ship them within 1 - 3 business days, products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order but will incur a 30% restocking fee on each item.  Please use our sizing guide to make sure that you get your bracelet size correct. 

  • To be eligible for a return all product must be in original condition, with tags unused/unopened with safety seal (if applicable)

  • Product must be returned in original packaging to protect product(s) from breaking during shipment.  You are also responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Once you have shipped the item, email us at loopsnstones@gmail.com with the tracking number so we could process your refund or exchange.

  • In order to be able to provide all of the custom-made options and ship them within our time frame, we can not accept returns on customized products.  

Damaged Product (If applicable)

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment please contact us and send images of the damaged item(s) on the subject line please write "DAMAGED  and email us at loopsnstones@gmail.com, we will respond within 2 business days.
